I don't think this will be the last time that Evander Kane wears the C
Sure, I understand there is no way that the Islanders or Lightning can pass up on either John Tavares or Victor Hedman but I’ll tell ya, if I’m one of the teams picking in the 3 to 6 range I am absolutely thrilled at the possibility of getting one Evander Kane. I believe that he has a chance to be the best player in this draft, and definitely the most complete player. Tavares is a supreme offensive player and Hedman is a giant blueliner who can skate like the wind, but I see Kane bringing a better all-around game to the table than both of them. I wont go on telling you all of the reasons why I think he is going to be a great player because if you watch any of the NHL Draft coverage throughout the week and weekend you will definitely hear everything you need to know, instead I’ll just leave you with this highlight package of him in junior with the Vancouver Giants of the Western Hockey League and Team Canada at the World Junior Hockey Championships.
